My son and his girlfriend and I stayed in Ann’s place for three days. She was so easy to work with and flexible with the pool. It was very comfortable and had everything you needed. The kids especially loved the washer and dryer being right there and easy to use. Nice mile walk to the beach which you could walk forever on. Very quiet in the morning. By 930 gets pretty crowded. Being close to restaurants and shops was great. It’s very peaceful staying at this place. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Ann’s Coconut Cottage for the month of Feb. The unit has everything needed to live comfortably plus many thoughtful extras not usually provided in a rental — even toys and treats for our dog! The bed was super comfortable— a big priority for us. Ann is the perfect host, always quick to answer questions and provide info. Great location in easy walking distance to Atlantic Ave/Coconut Grove, to Lake Ida and two of its parks, and to the beach. We could also quickly walk to two French bakeries, a drug store and a grocery store, among many other places. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Only wish it hadn’t already been booked for Feb next year!

Ann was an amazing host. She was very kind and friendly and extremely helpful and responsive. She made us feel right at home. The coconut cottage is located on a beautiful street, steps away from Atlantic Avenue and a few minutes from the beach. The property is stunning and very well maintained with beautiful landscaping, palm trees, and flowers. We really loved our private garden. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and very well decorated. Ann left us lots of towels and sheets. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Ann left us a booklet with some amazing suggestions and with tips on Delray Beach. We appreciated that the cottage came with two parking spots. We loved our stay and plan to come back soon. We highly recommend staying here.

We spend one month at the Cottages of Delray and we absolutely love the place. It’s clean, well designed and located. Walking distance to Pineapple Grove and Atlantic Avenue. Access to a semi private pool and your own backyard. Ann, the owner is always available and very proactive . We will return for sure!

I can't say enough. I loved it so much that I was sad to leave. She made this spot EXTREMELY serene. You can tell she puts love into it. I drank my coffee every morning outside, walked to the beach, and then sat at the pool. Everything you can think of is provided for you.... did I tell you how comfortable the bed was. This was our first time staying in the Delray area and we didn't know what to expect and it turns out we made the perfect choice by staying here. The space itself is so comfortable, peaceful, convenient, tasteful and well stocked with every day needs. The kitchen is fully functional. The outside patio is private and pleasant, the beds are comfortable, the TV gives you access to live channels and Hulu or you can sign in yourself to other apps like Netflix, Prime etc. The neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently located with easy parking and quiet streets. The walk to Atlantic Ave is directly down 2nd Avenue. It takes you right through Pineapple Grove and leaves you in the heart of all the action. The walk itself is very pleasant and it takes about 20 minutes. I loved it. You can also walk to CVS, Publix, Walgreens and surrounding shops/businesses in about 10/15 minutes. The beach is also about 20/25 minutes away or a quick drive. We were so happy to meet Ann, she is the perfect host.

We enjoyed the surrounding areas and the closeness to all the amenities within minutes of Delray Beach Downtown. Ann put together a booklet with helpful tips and her recommendations if you are first time visiting the area. If we have the opportunity we will at Ann’s place again. She is a wonderful host.

Cottage-like rental. Clean and Beachy. Small but roomy. Nice “live-in” amenities- coffee, sugar, creamer, cozy throws, many bath toiletries, etc. In a very nice neighborhood. Close to Atlantic Ave. action - by foot or very short drive. Responsive, gracious host. We’ll be back.

5 STARS!!! Do not look any further. This host was the best we have ever experienced, and we are experienced Airbnb users. It felt like this was put together brand new the night before we arrived. It is new, sparkling and not missing a thing! Fantastic outdoor space for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at dusk. It is amazingly well located as well. Absolutely LOVED this Airbnb. Our host, Ann was super nice and personable. Very easy to communicate with. The house was decorated so nicely and was just as described. It included a lot of amenities and little touches that helped make our stay even better. We really loved the beach bag with towels and a cooler which we took to the beach a few days. This place is also a really short drive to the beach and a strip of restaurants/bars/shops. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and we would definitely stay again :)

It is worth every dollar.. my husband, cousin and I got the opportunity to stay at Ann’s place while partaking in Miami Carnival and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more… towels, sheets, and all home essentials. Ann even came out and introduced herself and took pictures for us.. she is such a friendly person.
