The Cottages of Delray have become my “Happy Place”. I’ve spent 1-2 months there over the winter the last two years and am going back. These cottages are so charming and beautifully maintained. Location is ideal. They are only a short mile walk to the ocean and even closer walk to downtown Delray Beach. Ann is an attentive host who has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The courtyard and backyards are lovely. It is hard not to keep the Cottages a secret….…

Perfect patio, stocked cottage, and Ann was beyond responsive and accommodating. Biked every day to beach and walked to Pineapple Grove restaurants at night. Be sure to take a walk on 9th street, cottages are tucked along the best bungalows in Delray. Also, super plush beach towels and bedding, high end coffee.

Loved my stay at the cottages! Ann has really thought of everything and had great recommendations for visiting the area with a dog. I loved the French Bakery around the corner and found the location of the cottages super walkable. Definitely plan to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for individual, couple or small family. And the fact that there are 4 units, with good lead time it's a wonderful place if traveling with friends or a couple of families. Delightful private outside areas behind units and access to small pool. Not super close, but not far for walk to beach or Atlantic Ave and other shops, restuarants. Also, generally nice neighborhood to walk around and look at houses. Ann is very proactive with complete Welcome Booklet and responsive if other Qs arise. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, condiments, coffee, etc... I'll definitely consider again next time I'm down.

My husband and I spent 10 nights at Ann’s place. The decor is great; kitchen is very well-stocked, and very clean. I was recovering from surgery and very much enjoyed the patio area! This area is landscaped beautifully with palms, great outdoor lighting and pavers .The furniture was clean and comfortable(not always easy to keep an outdoor area clean). I loved the privacy and was out there every morning and evening. Ann’s place is convenient to many Great restaurants which my husband enjoyed walking to or driving.Great parking situation for guest . Ann was a great host who was quick to respond and so friendly!

It was my first time visiting Delray Beach and the Honeydew Cottage was the perfect choice. The check in and out process was a breeze with great directions to the home and parking spaces. From the minute I walked through the door I was impressed with the beautiful decor, functional layout of furniture and rooms, and very clean. Having notes around the home and a handy “home guide” made it easy to settle in and get comfy. All the details, big and small, are thoughtful and I instantly felt at ease and relaxed. The private courtyard was a dream with outdoor dining space and chairs to lay out to soak up sun while enjoying the beautiful lush green palm trees and the stunning grass and pavers walkway that lit up like something of a storybook at night. The grounds throughout are so well manicured it feels like paradise from the moment of parking the car. And the saltwater pool was icing on the cake! There are lounge chairs in the pool and poolside, I especially loved the adorable black and white pool umbrella. The location was super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This beach town is a true gem and I’m so thrilled to have experienced it. The host was incredible! She checked in with me shortly after arriving to see if I had any questions make sure I was happy. A great sense of pride and care for every detail during my visit at this beautiful cottage was felt, I can’t wait to come back soon! Thank you for an amazing visit ❤️
